" New Payment Portal Coming April 15, 2026! "

  Get Ready for a Better Online Experience:
   

  We’re excited to announce that a new customer payment portal will be coming April 15, 2026!
  These upgrades are designed to make managing your account easier, faster, and more secure.

  
  What you need to know:

  • All customers will be required to create a new online account when the portal goes live to access billing, view statements, and make payments.
  • If you’re currently enrolled in Credit Card or eCheck AutoPay, you’ll need to re-enter your payment information in the new portal to ensure payments continue without interruption. Bank Draft (ACH) payments will continue automatically with no re-enrollment required.

  
  Here’s what the new portal will allow you to do:

  • Manage communication preferences
  • Track your usage and payment history
  • View and pay your bill anytime
  • Set up or manage AutoPay

  
  Getting Started:
   

  Once the portal launches, simply visit the payment portal and click “Register.” You’ll just need your phone number or the last four digits of your SSN to set up your account.
  You will still be able to make a payment without creating an account using your account number, but registering allows you to take full advantage of all the new features.
